JAZZERCISE CLASSES These are held every Mon, Wed and Friday from 9.30 to 10.30 am at Mortdale Community Centre, 2b – 2c Boundary Road,  Mortdale. BE CONNECTED FOR SENIORS We run classes to teach seniors to use the internet and electronic devices.  Please contact us for more details of when these are running. STEPPING ON BALANCE GROUPS These are run for 7 weeks, on a Monday and a Doctor’s referral is necessary. Please refer to the Stepping On website or call 1800 823 002 for more details.
