About the Role:
Jubilee Community Services (JCS) is seeking a dedicated Community Social Support Worker to join our Neighbour Aid Program team. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to frail-aged individuals, people with disabilities, those living with dementia, mental health issues, and their carers. You will assist clients with everyday tasks, social outings, transport to appointments, and provide companionship to enhance their quality of life and community engagement.

Coordinator – Lugarno OOSH service
We are seeking a qualified experienced Coordinator to cover a parental leave position at our Lugarno OOSH & Vacation Care Service.
Applicants are advised the role may extend beyond a 12 month initial period.
JCS Coordinators spend 25hrs per week on the floor with the children and staff. Uniforms and wellbeing days contribute to above award conditions and as a charity staff are able to access salary packing therefore paying less take and receiving higher take home wages.
35 – 38 hrs per week dependent on job demands with a network of Coordinators available for support and guidance.
Total package including 12% superannuation $85 – 100K dependent on qualifications and experience.
