Position: Community Support Worker (Part-time)
Location: Georges River Council Area
Employment Type: Casual/Ongoing
Award: SCHADS (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of aged care residents within the Georges River Council area? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing support and assistance to aged care residents in their daily activities.
Promoting independence and well-being among residents through personalized care and companionship.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
Certificate 4 qualifications in Aged Care or Community Services preferred, and/or a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Current Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, and First-Aid Certificate.
Unrestricted driver’s license for transportation purposes.
