About the Role:
Jubilee Community Services (JCS) is seeking a dedicated Community Social Support Worker to join our Neighbour Aid Program team. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to frail-aged individuals, people with disabilities, those living with dementia, mental health issues, and their carers. You will assist clients with everyday tasks, social outings, transport to appointments, and provide companionship to enhance their quality of life and community engagement.
