Join Our Team – Support Worker (Floater Role) – Monday to Friday (9 am – 4:30 pm)

Jubilee Community Services Inc. is looking for a compassionate and adaptable Support Worker to join our team in a floater role.

If you have a Certificate IV or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Home & Community Care, and a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a floater, you will provide support whenever it is needed on a casual basis.

This includes assisting clients with accessing the community for their daily living activities, and social support in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate IV (or above) in Aged Care, Home & Community Care or Community Services
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current WWCC and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• Flexibility to work at times on short notice on an on-call basis
• Pay rate: SCHADS Award Level 2
